Spring 2018 Post Survey

You have been asked to complete this survey as part of a research project conducted by Scott D. Ochs, Ph.D. In this survey you are being asked about your attitudes toward interprofessional health care teams and the team approach to patient care. By interprofessional health care team, we mean two or more health professionals (e.g., nurse, pharmacist, physician, etc.) who work together to plan, coordinate, and/or deliver patient care. By completing this survey you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are aware that your responses may be used for research purposes. If the survey is used for research, your responses will remain anonymous. By submitting your responses you give your consent for the research team to use your survey answers in future assessments and research projects.
